What a GREAT wedding! I had the pleasure of getting to know this lovely couple at their engagement session last year and we had a blast working together then. But let’s be honest, it doesn’t even compete with how much we laughed on the wedding day! Before the ceremony Lyndsey and the girls decided to get ready at the Marv Herzog Hotel. Once they were all ready, we set up a first look with Lyndsey’s dad. Let me tell you, I started to tear up when he turned around and saw how beautiful his little girl was. So once we all got our composure back we headed to the church, Lyndsey and her dad in a horse-drawn carriage. Lyndsey & Josh chose Blessed Trinity Church in Frankenmuth, MI for their ceremony, which is a beautiful church! Once the ceremony was over we had plans to go around the town of Frankenmuth and get some pictures but we ran into a few problems with that idea. First, we were going to go down to the river but when we looked outside the entire river was flooded and there was no way of getting down there. Then, our next stop was going to be the Covered Bridge, which we did stop at for a couple pictures. But then it started to sleet/snow which made the photo session a bit challenging (and unique for an April wedding!). But I think that everything happens for a reason because we got some amazing photos at The Frankenmuth Brewery where they were having their reception. I would like to thank Lyndsey and Josh for allowing me to capture their special day. I picked out some of my favorites to share with everyone… enjoy! – Sara
