Sara and Ethan have been dating since they were 14. Yeah, you read that right…FOURTEEN! They grew up together and after all these years, committed to spend the rest of their lives together…to continue to grow up and grow old together. We had the privilege and honor of accompanying them to their destination wedding in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Their wedding was perfect. It was held at Sandals Montego Bay, on the beach on a gorgeous 85 degree day. There were 13 people total in their party, including their parents and siblings, us and the videographers. They wrote their own vows & included a wine box ceremony (super cute!) during their intimate ceremony. Following their ceremony they had a champagne toast, hors d’oeuvres, and cake. We toured the amazing grounds for our photo session of the two of them. They were willing to get in the water so we took full advantage of this adventurous spirit and got some of our favorite images of the day. It’s not every wedding that we are wading in the ocean trying not to get any camera gear soaked (a fact that I would definitely consider changing!!). Here’s a look at some of our favorites from their wedding…
Following their island adventure, they had a party to celebrate their marriage with family & friends at The Captain’s Club in Grand Blanc, MI. They played the video produced by Brian & Stacey Simmermacher at the beginning of their reception. It was very well put together and captured the emotion of the day. Corey at Rusch Entertainment kept the dance floor hopping and all night.
Sara & Ethan: Keep the perspective of marriage that you have now for the rest of your lives. Wishing you all the best & may God bless you both! Love, Beth & Mike
