Kelsey & Seamus {Bay City/Saginaw Wedding Photographers}

I had a great time photographing Kelsey and Seamus’ day! These two are a lot of fun and such a loving couple.

Beth and Mike photographed Kelsey’s brother’s wedding last year (Sandy and Ty). Both Sandy and Ty were in the wedding party for Kelsey and Seamus’ wedding, and it was great to work with them again! All of Kelsey and Seamus’ wedding party, family and friends were so much fun.

I really loved the look of Kelsey and Seamus’ day, with the very classy black tuxes with bow ties for the guys and the lovely light blue of the bridesmaids’ dresses. Kelsey’s dress was very elegant. Together, with Kelsey’s ivory gown and Seamus’ black tux, they looked perfect.

I met Kelsey and her girls and Seamus and his guys at Bay Valley to photograph details of their day and the two of them getting ready. Kelsey’s flowers were gorgeous and she carried a necklace with them that had been carried/worn by generations of Jackson women on their wedding days. Everyone was in great spirits as they got ready for the day.

After everyone was ready and we did a few pictures at Bay Valley of Seamus’ family, we headed to St. John Vianney in Saginaw, where Kelsey put on her dress. Once the bride was ready, the ceremony began.

After the ceremony, we did some family photos and photos of the bride and groom at and around the church, then headed to downtown Bay City for some photos of the wedding party. I love working in downtown Bay City! There are so many great places for photos there.
