As photographers who have been shooting weddings in the mid-Michigan area for over 15 years, we have the opportunity to visit a lot of venues and work with a lot of vendors. There are so many wonderful vendors in our area and for the next few months, we’re going to be featuring our favorites right here on our blog. These are places and people we look forward to working with every year because of their talent and exceptional service.
This week’s featured vendor: Apple Mountain in Freeland
Here’s the truth, people: We love Apple Mountain. The staff there is extraordinary; we especially love working with the on-site wedding coordinators. They are kind, professional and organized and because of them, Apple Mountain weddings and receptions always run smoothly.
One of the reasons we love shooting at Apple Mountains is the gorgeous grounds. There are so many beautiful areas to use on site – white fences, tall trees, ponds, paths and hills. There are also various options for ceremony and reception locations, like the chapel, with is antique pews and vintage style, or the pavilion, a beautiful open-air space. We always love working at each and every venue on Apple Mountain’s property.
And let’s not forget the food…we love sitting down to dinner at an Apple Mountain reception! Everything we’ve ever had from their menu is always delicious. We are in love with their Apple Mountain Chicken!
We can’t wait to work at Apple Mountain again for our 2017 wedding season! We know it’s going to be another wonderful year of amazing weddings there!
