As photographers who have been shooting weddings in the mid-Michigan area for over 15 years, we have the opportunity to visit a lot of venues and work with a lot of vendors. There are so many wonderful vendors in our area and for the next few months, we’re going to be featuring our favorites right here on our blog. These are places and people we look forward to working with every year because of their talent and exceptional service.
This week’s featured vendor: The Captain’s Club at Woodfield in Grand Blanc
This past summer we had the opportunity to work at The Captain’s Club in Woodfield when we photographed Holli and James’ wedding. The light was just perfect when we headed there for the reception and the grounds offered a lot of great spots for photos. In a short amount of time, we were able to get so many beautiful portraits of the bride and groom.
Holli and James held their reception in the Grand Ballroom, which is a gorgeous room with a mahogany staircase and fireplace. We loved working in the large space, especially on the dance floor. Friendly staff served great food and Holli and James had a wonderful reception!
