These two are a perfect match! Both Justine and Jim are warm, kind-hearted and funny. I loved photographing them for their engagement session and was super excited when the day came for me to photograph their wedding.
We started off at the United Church of Christ in Midland, which has so much beautiful scenery that it wasn’t hard at all to find some nice spots for pre-ceremony photos. I loved the girls’ bouquet colors and how well they coordinated with their dresses. The guys looked handsome and had matching sunglasses that we incorporated into their photos.
After their ceremony, we headed outside the church for family photos and then over to their reception venue, Forest Edge Banquet Center, for some photos of the wedding party and bride and groom. Justine and Jim were so easy to photograph together and super cute too!
After their entrance, toasts and dinner, we headed back outside for a few more portraits. Justine and Jim were not afraid to hike through some brush (Justine in her wedding dress and heels!) to get some photos on the train tracks behind the venue. I gotta say, I love working with couples that are not afraid of a little discomfort to get the perfect shot!
Justine and Jim, I wish you the best in your married life together! I know you two are going to have a fun and blessed marriage! – Bri
