Caitlin & Jason {Lansing Wedding Photographers}

Caitlin and Jason are the kind of couple that you just want to spend time with. They have an easy connection and such sweet dispositions. It is obvious that they are best friends and on their wedding day they were just truly happy to commit their lives to one another. We were honored to be there to witness & document their wedding day.

We began the day at the couples’ home to photograph Caitlin with her girls as they prepared for the day. Then we headed off to Riverview Church in Lansing for the ceremony and family portraits. Our first location for a photo stop was the campus of Michigan State University, which is one our favorite places to visit in the Lansing area. We also made a stop at the Michigan State Capitol building. While there, a crazy storm popped up and we were able to get some photos of the beautifully dramatic sky. We were literally RUNNING back to the limo in super strong winds to beat the storm out of there! It was so worth it!!

Caitlin & Jason’s reception was held at The Cadillac Room. It was our first time there and we can’t wait to go back! The food was excellent and the space was beautiful. To top it off, there is an entire wall of graffiti located right outside – which was perfect for photos of this amazing couple!

Caitlin & Jason: we wish you all the best that life has to offer! Thank you for including us in your special day. It was a pleasure working with you every single minute.
