Melissa and Jeff had a such a lovely wedding day! This couple actually dated when they were young but a move forced them to end their relationship. They went on to live their lives separately but reconnected years later and the flame was still there! There was absolutely nothing that was going to keep them apart again, or stop them from moving forward with their wedding day. We admire their determination and were grateful to document this important part of their love story!
Their intimate ceremony was held in Melissa’s parents’ backyard – a perfect setting for a wedding. Their children, parents, and siblings were all present to witness them exchange their vows to spend forever together. My favorite part of the day was when the officiant pronounced them “husband and wife”…just when I thought these two couldn’t glow any more their faces somehow got even brighter!
The happy couple cut their cake, shared a first dance as husband and wife, and enjoyed dinner with the people they love most. It was beautiful to capture and our hope is that these photos remind them of their wonderful day for years to come!
